A little background about Adam. He's a programmer and designer, one of the few that I "studied" under. Back when the realm of design (and programming) was still new to me, he was one of the best and I still consider him to be, even though he does not do as much as he once did.

Shauna: lol so first what's your full name ?

Adam: I think its failing

Shauna: moving on, how long did you work on programming and design?

Shauna: (yeah I know)

Adam: 4 - 5 years

Shauna: when and how did you first get into it ?

Adam: think it was...

Adam: February of 2000 creating graphics for websites I was designing

Shauna: how did you learn ?

Adam: trial and error

Shauna: self taught then ?

Adam: a few tutorials on the web, a lot of time playing with settings and sharing information from people

Shauna: who or what were your influences ?

Adam: never had one main influence, just a lot of different people

Shauna: care to name any ?

Adam: don't really remember any names =\

Shauna: do you expect to do anything with it ? as in future plans of where you'd like to head ?

Adam: doubt it, but I'm not sure

Shauna: do you think that your work has benefited you in any way ?

Adam: I think so, I've learned a lot of different things, understand what it takes to build a solid page and a good working layout.

Shauna: are you ever critical or appreciative when just randomly surfing ? or even when watching movies ?

Adam: definitely

Shauna: okay on nature of copyright, what do you think of it ?

Adam: has its ups and downs, its important for people to give credit where credit is due, just that simple.

Shauna: what do you consider yourself to be ?

Adam: define that

Shauna: lol I meant as far as what you've done and what you're doing now

Adam: hm, thats a good question

Adam: I have no idea

Adam: I'd say a nerd

Adam: tech junkie, geek, something along those lines

Shauna: what has been your greatest accomplishment thus far ?

Adam: probably my current job, it at a law firm, doesn't let me display all my talent, but it's a stepping stone for me to head in the right direction career wise

Shauna: where do expect to head ?

Adam: eventually, in an engineering position

Shauna: what do you hope to with that (in the long run)?

Adam: make a lot of money, lol

Shauna: what were your aspirations or goals as a child ?

Adam: nah, well, hopefully develop some type of technology that would improve upon something that needs improvement

Adam: or develop something totally new that would impact our daily computer usage, software or hardware

Adam: be rich, have my own company, and travel a lot, currently I'm 0 for 3, lol

Shauna: I can't imagine a 5 year old Adam running around singing about money -=x

Adam: heh, at that age it wasn't about money

Adam: but all the things i had in my dreams then, require money, heh

Shauna: what were they ?

Adam: big house, nice cars

Adam: all that good stuff

Shauna: no profession or career ?

Adam: and cool tech toys, lol

Adam: I always thought I'd be a business man, sometimes a dr, other times in my later years a lawyer

Shauna: wow, I wanted to be a star

Shauna: it seems like most of the people around me had more tangible ideas

Shauna: anyhow, do you have any favourite artists, writers, or any kind of the sort ?

Adam: I always knew i wanted to be important

Adam: hm, jay z

Adam: writers, not sure, i read a lot of different stuff

Shauna: anything that has ever made an ever lasting impression ?

Adam: I like trance, techno, house, soca, music in general

Shauna: at least to immediate knowledge

Adam: there's probably a million things, can't single out one of them, the most important was probably my first day of college though, felt like, it was an opportunity to learn something

Shauna: if you could have anything you wanted right now, and that means change the state of the world, what would it be ?

Adam: just make everyone get along, all this terrorism is taking away from all the important things we should be worrying about

Shauna: what should we be worrying about ?

Adam: diseases, energy sources, global warming, hunger, its basically an infinite list, Iraq is a very low priority

Shauna: have a favourite piece of art ?

Adam: not really I like pictures of the New York skyline in black and white or any other New York scenery

Shauna: photography ?

Adam: see above. lol

Shauna: lol, I wanted to confirm in order to ask if you ever planned to go into photography yourself

Adam: maybe, nothing major

Shauna: what about photography do you find appealling? especially in New York ?

Adam: yeah, I think its appealing, New York has a lot of nice spots to shoot

Shauna: which parts do you like best ?

Adam: the city, probably the bk bridge

Shauna: I feel oddly compelled to ask this but you have any favourite symbols ?

Adam: not really, one or two symbols i kinda like, cant remember the names

Adam: the ohm is one

Adam: the omega symbol

Shauna: what is the most powerful statement you have ever heard ?

Adam: hm, theres a lot of things

Adam: 9-11 is definitely one of them

Shauna: what's your favourite colour ?

Adam: blue
